How to permanently delete your Finaap account and data
This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data including transactions, debts, budgets, tax records, and any connected bank accounts. This cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
Open the Finaap app
Log in to your account on the Finaap mobile app or web dashboard.
Go to Profile
Tap on your profile icon or navigate to the Profile section.
Open Settings > Data
Navigate to Settings, then find the Data section.
Select "Delete Account"
Tap the Delete Account option at the bottom of the Data section.
Confirm deletion
Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account information
- All transactions and categories
- Debts, payments, and uploaded documents
- Budgets and tax records
- Connected bank accounts and open banking data
- Stability scores and financial insights
- Active subscriptions (cancelled automatically)
